1. Who we are

The site presents the international work of Professor Munjed Al Muderis and gives institutions, media, partners and patients a way to reach his team. 2. What we collect

Information you send us. When you email office@, media@ or clinical@almuderis.com we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. Clinical enquiries may contain health information; please share only what is needed to answer your question. By sending health information you consent to us using it to respond to you and, where relevant, to pass it to the appropriate surgical centre.

Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking on this site.

3. How we use it

To answer your enquiry; to route clinical enquiries to the relevant centre, or to the Sydney practice for patients in Australia; to keep the site secure and available; and to meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to you, on your consent for any health information, and on legal obligation where a law requires us to keep records.

4. Who we share it with

Only the people and services needed to respond: members of the team, the surgical centre relevant to your case, and our email and hosting providers (Google Workspace and Cloudflare), who process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. International transfers

We operate in the United States, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Europe, and your information may be transferred between these locations to answer you. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted or archived only where a legal or professional obligation requires. Clinical records for patients who go on to be treated are held by the treating centre under its own policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email office@almuderis.com. We will respond within the time your local law requires.

You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the UK Information Commissioner, the supervisory authority in your EU member state, the UAE Data Office, or the California Privacy Protection Agency.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children. Clinical enquiries about a person under 18 should be sent by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
